We have seen an increase in abusive and rude behaviour from our patients. This is damaging to the mental health of our staff. Please acknowledge we are doing our best under the pressurised circumstances, with very high workloads. We have a Zero tolerance policy and patients who are abusive will be asked to leave.
In the meantime, to protect our staff, we will be closing the front desk between 12pm and 2pm each week day.
