Please be aware that if you’re using the NHS or Airmid app and have a telephone appointment booked it will give your telephone appointment a time slot.
The clinician may NOT call at this specific time – this is the time that our clinical system allocates your query.
If you have been added to our triage list, this may also show on the app as a timed appointment – you will be contacted by a member of staff for either a F2F appointment or a telephone call at ANY time.
