August AccuRx Figures

The monthly figures for August AccuRx triage access equate to 85 medical requests per day – this is before adding in the requests which come in by telephone.  None of the patients using this service need to wait in our phone queue again!
99% of the patients contacting us with these medical queries were dealt with on the same day.
We fast tracked the use of this technology due to our telephone issues last year, but we saw instant benefits to our patients so encourage our patients to use it.  There is not another practice in Doncaster who is using this technology as much or as successfully as we are – thank you for doing your part in improving access for all our patients.  Using AccurRx triage means that the phone lines are less busy for those who can’t access this technology.
