We always try to give you the best service possible but there may be times when you feel this has not been sufficient. If you do have a complaint about the service you have received from the practice please do let us know as soon as possible.
Complaint forms are available at reception and should be addressed to the Practice Manager. We will acknowledge the complaint within three working days verbally, in writing, or by e-mail. You may be invited in to discuss the complaint with the Practice Manager or one of the doctors.
If you remain unsatisfied with our response you can register your complaint with NHS England Customer Contact Centre. You can do this in the following ways:
