We are not obliged to provide you with a letter exempting you from wearing a face mask due to certain health issues. This is because a letter is not needed. Any patient can print, or show on their mobile phone, their own exemption card so they don’t have to explain themselves. Please be aware that each organisation and workplace may have their own policies on wearing face masks, and may refuse someone not wearing a mask.
