From Jan 2022 Pharmacies are no long permitted to order your repeat prescritpions on your behalf.
If you have internet access click the ‘contact us’ banner on our website front page or use the NHS App;
There are many Pharmacy Apps that can be used as long as they are ‘NHS approved’ and they usually link via the NHS App or the online access system to link them to your GP reccords.
If you don’t have internet access you can still drop your paper request into the box by the front door. – If you don’t have the tear off section from your last prescription to tick the items you need, you can write your name Date of Birth and the names of the medication you need to order on a piece of paper.
Patients registered as housebound can still order over the phone.
